Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative
Our customer service representatives are the foundation of our business, and make our operations move smoothly day after day. Customer service representatives are the first and primary point of contact for customers who call in with questions or wish to book services, which means they must be able to communicate clearly, close service sales, and accurately input data into computers. As dispatchers and customer service representatives, employees are responsible for routing, dispatching and debriefing field technicians, ordering parts as needed, and managing paperwork in the office.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a customer service position, particularly in a call center. Sales experience is also a bonus. This is a full-time position located in Ventura, California.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year of dispatch experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task efficiently
- Must be able to quickly and accurately enter data into a computer
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in demands, delays, or unexpected events
